Cognitive Behavior Therapy is incredibly effective for many people. Each CBT Therapy Test Drive lasts about 20 minutes and takes place within my Video Consulting Room. Based on the latest evidence, science, and my experience, I will make specific suggestions as to what I think can be most helpful for you.
